Intro

Introduction

As a product designer at Lobyco, I’ve spent the past three years designing for scale, aligning with business strategy, and shaping meaningful experiences for millions of users across the retail landscape.

My role has spanned across both sales and product development teams, blending storytelling with systems thinking, and user empathy with business impact. I learned that a true product designer must excel in many areas; he has to combine knowledge from all disciplines to deliver the best product possible, not just moving pixels based on a vague brief from a friendly, tie-wearing manager.

Collaborated closely with developers and the product trio to gather customer requirements, ideate, strategise, and design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
