As a product designer at Lobyco, I’ve spent the past three years designing for scale, aligning with business strategy, and shaping meaningful experiences for millions of users across the retail landscape.
My role has spanned across both sales and product development teams, blending storytelling with systems thinking, and user empathy with business impact. I learned that a true product designer must excel in many areas; he has to combine knowledge from all disciplines to deliver the best product possible, not just moving pixels based on a vague brief from a friendly, tie-wearing manager.

Reshaping How Products are Designed
Conducted over 50 user interviews, 6 usability tests, and 3 product discovery sessions across multiple countries to inform design decisions
Helped design over 23 products, considering the entire ecosystem to ensure cohesive user experiences across platforms

Led the design efforts across sales and pre-sales activities, contributing to client growth from 5 to 10 accounts
Created high-fidelity prototypes and design resources tailored to customer brand identity, business goals, and user journeys
Supported the acquisition of 5 major new retail clients through impactful design and strategic collaboration
Participated in client meetings to present design concepts, onboard stakeholders, and align on user journeys
